Our Vision & Our Mission

The Rabari Engineers Association [REA] is committed for further improvement of engineering education all over the Gujarat. This mission is accomplished by promoting excellence in instruction, public service, and practice; exercising social leadership; fostering the technological education of society; and providing quality seminars and carrier guidance programs and services to members. The Association seeks to encourage engineering students in all the way to make their future bright by a dedicated efforts; promote professional interaction to the students one to one; utilize effectively the Society’s educated youth power and other resources; recognize outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations; encourage youth to pursue higher studies and careers in engineering all over the world; and influence the recruitment and retention of young engineers to various corporate/Government organizations.

REA will serve as the premier multidisciplinary organization for individuals and organizations committed to advancing excellence in all aspects of engineering education in Gujarat.

To realize its vision, REA will:

• Enhance services to its members.
• Work with educational institutions and industry personal to improve engineering education and promote student development.
• Facilitate the community students for their achievement by extraordinary efforts amongst all.
• Increase the participation of more members and success of underrepresented groups in the engineering profession.
• Promote the Ethical values of the engineering profession to society
  Facilitate international cooperation in matters pertaining to engineering education.
